Vineyard Haven Public Library will be closed on Sunday February 15th and Monday February 16th, reopening at 10am on Tuesday February 17th.
Due to the anticipated storm a parking ban on public streets in Tisbury will be in effect from10pm Saturday until 7am Monday.
