Online Workshop: Planning for your future in this time of uncertainty

For all of us it is a time of upheaval and uncertainty and our priorities are shifting. For many of us, this has surfaced a desire to take the time to reflect on our wishes for end-of-life or emergency medical planning. Health Aging MV, will share and discuss information on advance care planning, the process by which an individual lets his or her wishes be known about end-of-life or emergency medical care. The session will be interactive so you can ask questions and hear others thoughts on the subject.
