Join Vineyard Conservation Society at your favorite beach on April 17th for the 29th annual Earth Day Beach Clean-up! Gather your family & friends, or just get out there on your own, and help protect our Island environment while cleaning the oceans of the Earth. Make sure to wear a mask and keep your distance from non-pod members.
Volunteers will be there on April 17th from 10am to noon with bags and gloves, or bring your own! If you're not on the Vineyard, or would just rather do your own thing this year, we invite everyone to go to any beach, trail, or neighborhood any day in April and join in the clean-up. Share your stories and photos with us (email to info@vineyardconservation.org, or tag us on on social media, #vineyardconservation)
There will not be an after-party this year but there will be a Pop-Up Photo Contest! Snap some pics of the coolest, grossest, and most unusual things you find on the beach. Email VCS your pics or post to Facebook or Instagram and tag @vineyardconservation. There will be fun prizes for the best photos!
