The Library now has 1040 and 1040-SR forms and instruction booklets as well as Massachusetts resident tax forms and instruction booklets for 2021 tax returns. Forms will be available in the library by the copier machine during regular library hours. If there are other forms that you need, we can print them out for you for free (up to ten pages per patron) to also pick up. Need more tax help? You can borrow a copy of our J.K.
