The Library now has 1040 and 1040-SR forms and instruction booklets as well as Massachusetts resident tax forms and instruction booklets for 2020 tax returns. Forms will be available in our vestibule during our contactless pickup hours Monday through Saturday noon to 5 pm, and Thursday noon to 6 pm. You can also call the Library 508-696-4211 and we can put a packet out for you to pick up. If there are other forms that you need, we can print them out for you for free (up to ten pages per patron) to also pick up. Need more tax help? You can borrow a copy of our J.K.
